The first of two Red Chests located at the Cathedral of the Twin Gods can be found shortly after entering the Outer Sanctum, in a room hiding off the main path of your attack. Climb down, and hop into the purple-lit container. Like other main Vault Bosses, there are two Red Chests located after defeating the Vault Guardian in this region. Once you've entered the Sanctum, battle your way through the large outdoor area until you see a row of windows along the right with a room you can't enter from outside, and head left to go inside instead. During the Blood Drive main mission, during the Find Tannis step, you’ll come across a huge pipe that’s all splattered with blood.
We’re gonna start by sliding through a garage door that’s below the glowing Children of the Vault sign and the number 17.
Red Chest is before Confession Chamber It is on top of two containers before entrance to Confession Chamber, you can get it easy doing Mission Children of the Vault.
The two chests are on opposite sides of the vault.The first red chest you might come across in Floodmoor Basin is in the Guns of Reliance quest. Climb onto them, then onto the walkway above. The first of two Red Chests located in Carnivora can be found early on when entering the region, above the makeshift town called the Stacked Deck. It's the first location of Eden-6 the Vault Hunter sets foot on. So, it always pay off to go out of your way to find them. Which is the hole just above the Pleasure Pit, so it’s all fairly easy.The second red chest in Skywell-27 is in the arena where you fight the Katagawa Ball boss. BL3 Floodmoor Basin Red Chest Locations Map The first red chest you might come across in Floodmoor Basin is in the Guns of Reliance quest. While here, look in the recessed floor area of the room by some stairs, and you'll find the Red Chest. Go through the door with the sign BEDNG 3 above. In Borderlands 3, there are certain chests that will always have exceptional loot (and a much higher chance of containing epic or even legendary loot).
Turn right, and jump on top of the pipe, then onto the platform above and to the left.From there, go around the pipe on the left, and approach the edge.
To start the quest, talk to Murl in the southeast of the map; you’ll find him by following the yellow exclamation point. Below you, you’ll find another large pipe you can drop onto, so do just that. The first of two Red Chests found in the Devil's Razor is located high at the top of a tower fort in the southeast part of the map, not far from a Catch-a-Ride Station and the exit to another region. Slide into the garage to find the red chest. Go forward and to the left, dropping from the pipe. After you kill the boss, make sure to comb through the arena thoroughly.
That’s where the red chest is, along with another, regular chest.The second Anvil red chest is in the Devil’s Saucepan, which is the circular area in the northwest of the map. The red chest is in a small, red alcove in the north wall of the arena.The third chest is a tad more difficult to find.

To reach the Red Chest, you must advance through the central guts room to the top floor, and look on the far side for a broken pipe vent below that can boost you up against the far wall where a small platform at the top of the room holds the Red Chest. It's also where you'll fight one of the Killavolt contestants, Trudy. The second of the two Red Chests located in the Cathedral of the Twin Gods is technically an extra reward for taking on a challenge.
So, go inside the stronghold, and walk through the green-lit corridor. There’s a smashed vent above that “screen,” so climb inside and go right. Find the tongue-like “branch” of the tree, grown over with red vines. This will bring you back to Pandora, and you’ll be able to get the Pandora’s Next Top Mouthpiece side mission. The first one is in the north of Devil’s Razor, as you can see on the map.
