if you paid for a 2 star you will be ok. Pros - waiters and waitresses lovely - nice views - large family rooms - sun beds always available Cons - safety issues (e.g Broken tiles around pool, sharp edges on stairs, very slippery floors, yes all wet pool floors are dangerous but this was extreme, road between pools, poorly lit at night) - food is awful - not for anyone with mobility issues - No entertainment - no snacks as you would expect from all inc - bad tasting drinks - reception staff no helpful - too remote a location and up mountain - not the cleanest - sheets changed twice in 3 weeks - not enough room towels - no Greek tv (in Greece!) He stands in front of the air conditioning unit in the restaurant morning, day and night in a suit. Other than this, the kids loved the pools. We arrived 1st Aug and started hearing stories of a girl drowning the week before we got there and after digging deeper it was true, a 7yr old girl from Israel had died in the pool the day before we arrived but the staff went on as if nothing had happened and to make it even worse it took them a week to put in any additional safety chains/gates plus the 2 English paramedics who were on holiday there and tried to help the girl were threatened with having there passports taken away if they didn't go along with the hotels version of event and more so the CRP and oxygen equipment was broken.
The pools are generally clean and now signs have been displayed that shows the depth of the pools.

Unfortunately this was by far the worst and most expensive. The food - this seemed to get better as our stay progressed. Star Beach Water Park and Port of Hersonissos are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Stalis Beach.
